In the heart of Verona, a contemporary restaurant that tells about the sea involving all senses: tastes of just catched fish, light Mediterranean flavours, shades of blue and light blue on the walls, sailors’ inspired furniture, relaxing and pleasant atmosphere.

Created in 2005 by a project of Giancarlo Perbellini and Andrea Manzoli, friends and business partners, Al Capitan is a high-level seafood restaurant, a reference point in Verona for the quality of its menu that always surprises with tasty new dishes. Starting with Andrea’s dishes with seafood and vegetables freshly picked each morning.

Freshness and seasonality philosophy: seafood mainly comes from the fish markets of Tyrrhenian and Adriatic Sea, the renowned oysters from France and the vegetables from selected Italian farmers. This choice is revealed in the preparation of the dishes, where the raw materials become the absolute protagonist of a clean taste and elegant combinations.

The restaurant heart is Andrea, owner, chef and captain of a young brigade de cuisine that is able to efficiency manage kitchen and dining room timings.
